1. Agreement to Terms
This website is operated by ZuriElite. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ZuriElite. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Product Authenticity
Every designer product sold through ZuriElite is 100% genuine and authenticated. We source all items from certified, authorised international distributors and suppliers, and every piece is verified before it reaches you.
While we strive for complete accuracy in product descriptions, images and materials, some details are provided by our international suppliers. Actual colour, sizing and packaging may vary slightly from images shown. If you have any questions about a specific item before purchasing, our team is happy to assist.
3. Orders & Billing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors occur or where order quantities appear unusual. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information for all purchases. We will contact you promptly if there is any issue with your order.
4. International Orders & Customs
All orders shipped to international destinations are subject to the customs laws and import duties of the destination country. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes (including VAT/GST) and customs fees levied upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price.
If a delivery is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping fee will be forfeited and any eligible refund will be reduced by the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
5. Shipping & Fulfilment
ZuriElite works with trusted international fulfilment partners and leading courier services including DHL, FedEx and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of every order.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within the stated timeframe. Once handed to the courier, delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing and local courier operations. Tracking details are provided for every order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. ZuriElite cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping details.
6. Returns & Refunds
All returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Key terms:
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Change of mind returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be returned unused and in original condition with all tags, packaging and security seals intact

7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
