Shipping policy
At Zurielite, every order is dispatched with the same care and attention as the piece inside. We ship exclusively with premium international couriers — DHL, FedEx and UPS — to ensure your order arrives safely, swiftly and fully tracked.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed by our international fulfilment partners within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different international warehouses and arrive separately, each with their own tracking number. You will be notified of each shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch.

3. Import Duties & Customs
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that import duties, customs fees, tariffs and local taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
These charges are typically collected by the courier at the point of delivery. If charges are not paid, the package may be held or returned by customs. Should a parcel be returned due to unpaid duties, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and a restocking fee will be deducted from any eligible refund.
We recommend checking your country's import duty thresholds before ordering if you are unsure of any applicable charges.
4. Delays & Liability
We partner with the world's most reliable express couriers and take every step to ensure timely delivery. However, Zurielite cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, courier operations or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order appears delayed or tracking has not updated, please contact our team at hello@zurielite.com and we will investigate promptly.
5. Tracking Your Order
Every Zurielite order ships with full tracking and insurance. Your tracking link will be emailed to you upon dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
