How do you authenticate every product? +
Every item passes a rigorous 6-stage verification process before it is listed. We cross-reference serial numbers against brand databases, inspect hardware and stamps under magnification, analyse material and stitching density against house standards, verify date codes against production timelines, review original packaging and documentation, and a senior team member signs off individually on each piece. If an item does not pass every stage, it does not appear on the site. No exceptions.
Where do your products come from? +
We source exclusively from verified global suppliers — established distributors with direct relationships with the brands they carry. Our supplier network spans Milan, Paris, Tokyo and beyond. Every supplier undergoes a vetting process before a single item is listed. We do not source from the grey market, private sellers, or unverified channels.
What if I believe my item is not authentic? +
We offer a full refund, no questions asked, if authenticity is ever disputed. This is our core promise — one we have never broken. Contact us at hello@zurielite.com with your order number and your concern. We will respond within 24 hours and resolve it without conditions, delays or fine print.
Do items come with certificates of authenticity? +
Where original brand documentation exists — authenticity cards, receipts, dust bags, boxes — it is documented and included with the item. For pre-owned pieces where original packaging is absent, authentication is based entirely on the item itself. Our verification process does not rely on documentation alone, which is why it is so thorough.

What payment methods do you accept? +

Can I pay in my local currency? +

Can I change or cancel my order? +
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, your item may have already been prepared for dispatch. Contact us immediately at hello@zurielite.com with your order number and we will do everything we can to assist.

How long does shipping take? +
Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on destination. Express shipping is available at checkout for both domestic and international orders.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes — free worldwide shipping on all orders over AUD $500. For orders under $500, a flat shipping rate applies calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Do you ship internationally? +

How is my order packaged? +
Every ZuriElite order is packaged with care — wrapped in tissue, placed in a branded box and dispatched with full tracking. Where original brand packaging exists, it is included. We treat every order as if it is a gift, because for most of our customers, it is.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact hello@zurielite.com with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and full instructions.
How long do refunds take? +
Once we receive and inspect the returned item — typically 2–3 business days after receipt — your refund is processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
What if my item arrives damaged? +
Contact us immediately at hello@zurielite.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Every item is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch, so this situation is rare — but if it happens, we fix it, no questions asked.

Are the products new or pre-owned? +
We carry both new and pre-owned authenticated designer pieces. Every listing clearly states the condition — New, Excellent, Very Good, or Good — along with detailed notes on any wear or marks. We do not misrepresent condition. If you want additional detail or images before purchasing, contact us and we will provide them.
Do you have a size guide? +
Sizing varies by brand, category and region. Where available, we include the brand's original sizing in each product description. For footwear and apparel, we recommend checking measurements carefully before ordering. If you need specific measurements or fit advice on a particular item, contact us before purchasing.
Can I request a specific item or brand? +
Yes. If you are looking for a specific piece not currently listed, contact us at hello@zurielite.com with the details. Our team will check availability through our supplier network and get back to you. We cannot guarantee sourcing, but we always try.
How often do you add new products? +
New authenticated pieces are added regularly as they pass our verification process. The best way to stay across new arrivals is to subscribe to our newsletter — subscribers are notified first when new inventory goes live, often before it appears publicly on the site.
